Hot on the heels of its busiest year to date, HVS Executive Search announced two new Partners to boost the team in North America. Court Williams, a search industry veteran, joins HVS Executive Search with over 20 years of executive search experience in restaurants and hotels; and Juliette Boone who has been with HVS since 2004 and has recently been promoted to Partner, North America. Court and Juliette join Dave Mansbach, Doug Rosen and Dr. Jim Houran to further develop the company’s consulting practice covering executive search, mid-management recruitment, compensation consulting and performance management in North America.
Announcing the appointments, CEO Keith Kefgen said: “We are very pleased to welcome Court and Juliette to the HVS partnership. Court Williams shared that his early agenda will be to work with client companies on building best in class management teams. “I am working on assessing my clients’ human capital needs, the team performance, and ensuring that these are aligned with their strategic growth plans”. Juliette Boone’s dynamic career spans 18 years in the hospitality industry. Speaking on her appointment, she said, “Partnering with our clients to help them achieve their most important business and human capital objectives is very fulfilling.
